Why pale blue lot

The name

In 1990, Voyager 1 turned its camera back toward home and photographed Earth from about six billion kilometers away. It showed up as a single pale blue dot, smaller than a pixel.

Carl Sagan's point about that picture has stuck with a lot of people: practically everything important to us happens on that one small dot. Home. Family. Adventure. Work. Memories.

There's something meaningful about finding one little place on it that's yours. That's where the name comes from, and it's why the dot in our logo always marks a place.

What we do

We buy land directly from owners, and we sell it to people looking for their own piece of it.

Often it's a parcel someone inherited, bought years ago, or simply stopped needing. We make a straightforward cash offer, pay the closing costs, and handle the paperwork with a title company.

Then we find it a new owner: someone who wants somewhere to camp, build, hunt or just stand still. Every lot is researched and described plainly, and where it makes sense we offer simple owner financing.

One person's forgotten parcel can become someone else's favorite place.

Who's behind it

Hi, I'm Ryan.

Pale Blue Lot is a small company based in Queen Creek, Arizona. Right now it's me: researching parcels, talking with landowners, and walking the ground before we buy or sell it.

If you have a question about a property, or about us, email palebluelot@gmail.com. You'll hear back from me.
